Why Casa Colina? - Information
About The Villa
Casa Colina is a detached two bed-roomed villa situated at
the edge of a small rural community close to the village of
Tahiche and can sleep up to five people. Furnished to a high
standard it has been inspected and approved by the Canarian
Tourist Board and is licensed as a holiday residence.
Set in it's own gardens it has lovely views, a private solar
heated pool and spacious furnished sun terraces with a covered
pergola and a BBQ.
In the lounge is a three-piece suite, including a double convertible
sofa/bed; both bedrooms have twin beds and ample wardrobe
space; one has a safe. The fully tiled bathroom, with a four-piece
suite, has a shower over the bath and the kitchen is well
equipped with all electrical appliances including microwave,
hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
There is a separate dining area and the villa has a video
player as there is no T.V. reception, stereo CD system, magazines and books, games and puzzles
as well as information on Lanzarote to help you to make the
most of your holiday.

The Location
The location ensures space and privacy whilst it's central
position makes Casa Colina an ideal base for visiting all
other areas.
Just a few minutes' drive away is the popular coastal resort
of Costa Teguise with a huge variety of restaurants, bars
and cafes; also beaches, some with water sports facilities,
the Golf Course and the Aquapark. Just to the south is Arrecife,
the capital of the Island, with many places of interest including
it's fishing fleet and seaside promenade whilst, just to the
north, is Teguise, which was the original capital and where
a colourful market is held every Sunday.
General Information
As well as a superb all-year climate (although
they do have
the occasional rain) Lanzarote has a huge diversity of scenery
and interests to suit all ages. However a large percentage
of our clients spend a lot of time simply "winding down"
and enjoying the restfulness and privacy of Casa Colina.
Casa Colina will be available at 1 p.m. on the day of arrival
until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If your return flight
is a late one we will normally be able to take care of your
luggage until a later time.
Bed linen is changed weekly and towels twice weekly. An iron
and board and hair dryer are provided.

5 kilometres from Arrecife in land.

Close to the museum (house), of the sculptor / architect /
artist Cesar Manrique. Ideal situation for exploring all the
islands beauty spots.
