Palmacres is located just 15 minutes from Crown Point International Airport, in an area called Orange Hill. The nearest beach is at Black Rock on the Caribbean coast and only a mere 5 minutes drive away. And if Black rock is not enough for you Pigeon Point, listed as one of the top ten beaches in the world is 8 minutes drive away but neither are naturist beaches and Scarborough the capital is 10 minute drive away.

From the Orange Hill Road there is a private road down to the property entrance (1/4 mile). The entrance, shaded by Palms along the river boundary, marks the start of the property and the windy drive up to Palmacres House. The house is surrounded by Royal and Coconut Palms and fruit trees such as Mango, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Breadfruit and Banana!

The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 3 bathrooms, lower lounge, upper lounge, dining room, kitchen with utility room on the lower level. The master bedroom, which is air-conditioned has a large walkout balcony/decking area (26' x 14') with sea view.
